Deposits & final payments
Payment details regarding deposits and final payments will alter according to the airline, hotel or tour company policies. Holiday and travel arrangements are subject to availability, non-refundable and conditions apply. At most circumstances deposit is non-refundable and full payment due 45 days prior to departure.

Late reservation, amendment & cancellation fees
A reservation with 7 days is classified as a late reservation and may incur a fee. Any amendments made to a reservation after confirmation has been advised and deposits receipted will incur a fee. Cancellation of airfares, accommodation, tours or any other travel arrangement may incur a fee or total loss of monies due to a non-refundable and cancellation policy.

Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is highly recommended when travelling within Australia and overseas. Travel With A Difference and Spa Travel have chosen to provide travel insurance with QBE travel insurance. Spa Travel and Travel With A Difference may offer recommendations but is no way responsible or legally bound the application and processing of visas or country or natural weather circumstances. Medication

Privacy
Spa Travel respects your privacy and is committed to complying with its obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 in the way that it collects, uses and discloses personal information.

Spa Travel may collect personal information from you for the purposes of providing advice in relation to your travel and holiday needs, and for the purposes of booking, organising and personalising your travel itinerary. Spa Travel requires that you provide certain information about yourself as a condition of processing your booking or entering into a contract. If you do not provide full and accurate information when booking travel, Spa Travel may be unable to process your booking.

Spa Travel is required to collect certain information for the purposes of obtaining visas and tickets on your behalf. Spa Travel may provide personal information to foreign travel agencies, airlines, tour operators and other similar organisations for the purposes of arranging tickets, expeditions, accommodation or other aspects of your package on your behalf.
